Session B - BBC BASIC [TNMOC]
Go back in time to our 80s classroom and build an understanding of programming languages by creating a customisable game of Snake on our original, working BBC Micros. We’re looking for “Fastest time to write the programme,” “Fastest time to get the game working” and “Top score.”
Session C - Minecraft [TNMOC]
TNMOC needs you! Enter our virtual world on Minecraft and help build TNMOC. Tasks include building a representation of the physical space and creating working versions of our unique collection of historic machines.
Session D - Codename Cipher [TNMOC]
The year is 1940 and you have been invited to Bletchley Park to assist in the war effort. Explore the museum and learn more about Encryption to end WWII in this immersive game.

Spaces are limited. The capacity for this event is 120 students.
Each school attending may bring a maximum of 20 students.
The content of our National Video Game Day is targeted towards students aged between 11-15 years (Secondary School Years 7 - 10).
Whilst this event is free, schools must give 2 months notice if they will not be attending; this will enable their places to be offered to another school on the Waiting List. Failure to do so will incur a charge of £160.00.
